The Agilent (now Keysight) E8362B is a 2-port PNA Series microwave vector network analyzer covering 10 MHz to 20 GHz with 3.5 mm test ports. It belongs to the four-receiver PNA microwave family that also includes the E8363B (40 GHz), E8364B (50 GHz) and E8361A (67 GHz), sharing the same firmware, calibration engine and user interface.
With 121 dB system dynamic range in the 10 to 20 GHz band and typical trace noise below 0.006 dB rms, the E8362B resolves deep stop-band rejection, high-Q filter skirts and low-level spurious responses that simpler analyzers miss. The four-receiver architecture (A, B, R1 and R2) supports true TRL and TRM calibration for on-wafer, in-fixture and waveguide environments, while the configurable test set and extended power range options allow the instrument to be tailored for active device measurement.

Full two-port calibration removes directivity, source match, load match, reflection and transmission tracking plus crosstalk systematic errors. Available calibration types include frequency response, response and isolation, one-port, two-port, TRL/TRM and both scalar and vector mixer calibration, with interpolated error correction over the full frequency range.
Send us your measurement frequency range, device type and calibration kit in use and we will confirm the option configuration, calibration certificate status, lead time and shipping terms.
