The Keysight (Agilent) N5242B PNA-X is the most integrated single-connection microwave test engine for active device characterisation, covering 10 MHz to 26.5 GHz with 127 dB dynamic range and +13 dBm output power. Unlike a conventional vector network analyzer, the PNA-X architecture carries two internal sources, a combiner and internal signal routing, so S-parameters, gain compression, intermodulation distortion, harmonic and noise figure measurements can be made without re-cabling the device under test.
