The Keysight (Agilent) N4691D is a precision 2-port microwave electronic calibration module for 3.5 mm test systems covering DC to 26.5 GHz. With Option 0DC, the calibration range extends down to DC — essential for broadband device modelling, time domain reflectometry and signal integrity analysis where low-frequency S-parameters must be de-embedded accurately.

A full two-port calibration is completed in a single connection sequence, taking less than half the time of a mechanical cal kit and removing operator-induced errors such as connector torque variation and repeated mating cycles. The module is controlled directly by Keysight PNA and ENA network analyzers over USB, or through the 85097B interface kit for older 8753 and 8720 analyzers.
