The Keysight (Agilent) DSA91204A is a 12 GHz, 4-channel Infiniium digital signal analyzer built for engineers who need deep insight into high-speed serial and wideband signal behaviour. With 40 GSa/s sampling on each analog channel, standard 20 Mpts memory per channel and the serial data analysis package installed, the DSA91204A delivers eye diagram, mask test and jitter measurements directly on the instrument.

The DSA configuration adds serial data analysis capability on top of the DSO platform, making this oscilloscope a self-contained compliance and debug station for PCI Express, USB, SATA, Ethernet and general purpose high-speed serial links.
