Keysight B2902A Precision Source/Measure Unit (SMU)

The Keysight B2902A is a dual-channel bench-top Precision Source/Measure Unit (SMU) that combines voltage and current sourcing and measurement in a single instrument. With broad ±210 V and ±3 A DC (±10.5 A pulsed) output, 100 fA / 100 nV measurement resolution and a 4.3-inch color GUI, it is ideal for a wide range of I-V (current versus voltage) measurement tasks requiring high resolution and accuracy.
