Keithley 2601B-PULSE 10A 10V Source Measure Unit with 10µs Pulse
Product Overview
The Keithley 2601B-PULSE is a high-performance Source Measure Unit with integrated 10 µsec pulser functionality. Its advanced control loop system eliminates the need for manual tuning with load changes up to 3 μH, ensuring clean pulse output without overshoot and ringing when delivering pulses from 10 μs to 500 μs at current levels up to 10 amps.
Key Performance Features
Output 10 A @ 10 V with 10 μs pulse width capability
Pulse rise time <1.7 μs for precise device characterization
High fidelity pulse output without tuning at any current level
Pulser 0.05% basic measure accuracy with 1 MS/s digitizing
SMU 100 nA low current range with 100 fA sensitivity
Rear panel BNC connections for simplified cable setup
Advanced Technology
Test Script Processor (TSP®) technology embeds and executes complete test programs directly within the SMU instrument, delivering industry-leading performance. TSP-Link® technology enables expansion of up to 32 nodes for creating high-speed, SMU-per-pin parallel testing without requiring a mainframe.
Eliminates time-consuming bus communications to and from PC
Advanced data processing and flow control capabilities
Connect up to 32 TSP-Link nodes for scalable testing
Easy reconfiguration as test requirements evolve
Technical Specifications
This document contains specifications and supplemental information for the 2601B-PULSE System SourceMeter 10 µs Pulser/SMU Instrument. Specifications represent the standards against which the instrument is tested and validated before leaving the factory.
Accuracy specifications apply to both normal and High Capacitance modes. Source and measurement accuracies are specified at the instrument terminals under the following conditions:
Operating temperature: 18 °C to 28 °C, <70% relative humidity
After 2-hour warm-up period
Speed normal (1 NPLC) operation
A/D auto-zero enabled
Remote sense operation or properly zeroed local operation
Calibration period = 1 year
Pulser feature specification accuracies require:
10 μs aperture minimum
Remote sense operation only
Total cable and DUT inductance of ≤3 μH, measured at 100 kHz
Additional Features
Industry leading 10 A @ 10 V, 10 microsecond pulse output
