Teseq CDN 3425 Capacitive Coupling Clamp for EMC Testing with 150 kHz to 230 MHz Frequency Range and 200 V RMS Capacity

The Teseq CDN 3425 Capacitive Coupling Clamp is designed for conducted immunity testing per EN 61000-4-6 and other EMC standards. It injects RF disturbance signals onto cables without galvanic contact.

• Mainly used to couple burst/EFT pulses to data lines
• Can be used for mains lines where no CDN is available, such as high-current lines greater than 200 A
• Designed for conducted immunity testing per EN 61000-4-6 and other EMC standards

• Works with RF amplifiers and test systems (e.g., Teseq NSG 3000 series, or equivalent)
• Used in automotive, industrial, and consumer electronics EMC testing
• Meets EN 61000-4-6, IEC 61000-4-6, and CISPR specifications for conducted immunity

• Immunity testing for electrical/electronic devices against RF conducted disturbances
• Pre-compliance and full-compliance EMC testing in labs or production environments
• Automotive component testing (e.g., ISO 11452-4)

• Optional INA 3425 calibration kit as specified in IEC 61000-4-4 Ed 3.0 (2012)
• Optional INA 3825 safety cover with interlock function, which can be connected to NSG 3000 series generators

• Coupling capacitance between the clamp and the cable depends on cable characteristics
• Preferably operated in a screened room to protect the environment
• Requires good and large-area contact with the earth plane
• Tests on uninsulated cables are not allowed
