The Keysight Agilent 54853A Infiniium Oscilloscope, when paired with the InfiniiMax 1131A probing system (including 1131A probe amplifier plus E2668A single-ended connectivity kit and/or E2669A differential connectivity kit), delivers full real-time bandwidth of 2.5 GHz supported by a 20 GSa/s sample rate on every channel. This industry-leading sample rate ensures more accurate and repeatable measurements while avoiding measurement errors and signal aliasing caused by waveform undersampling. The innovative InfiniiMax probing system meets even the most demanding mechanical access requirements without compromising performance.

The 3.5 GHz InfiniiMax 1131A probe and E2668A/E2669A connectivity kits (all sold separately) are recommended for the Infiniium 54853A oscilloscope
