The Rohde & Schwarz ENV216 Two-Line V-Network is designed for disturbance voltage measurements on single-phase equipment under test (EUTs). This compact and lightweight network meets international standards for electromagnetic compatibility testing.
The R&S ENV216 two-line V-network complies with CISPR 16-1-2 and EN 55016-1-2 requirements for V-networks with simulated impedance of (50 μH + 5 Ω) || 50 Ω in the frequency range of 9 kHz to 30 MHz, as well as ANSI C63.4 from 150 kHz to 30 MHz.
Air-core design and artificial hand: The R&S ENV216 utilizes air-core inductances and includes an artificial hand for comprehensive testing.
Switch-selectable high pass filter: A 150 kHz highpass filter prevents measuring receiver overdrive from low-frequency spectra of high level.
Built-in 10 dB attenuator pad: Ensures standard impedance regardless of receiver input attenuation settings.
Built-in pulse limiter: Protects receiver input (can be switched off when not required).
Remote control capability: TTL control inputs compatible with Rohde & Schwarz measuring receivers for automated test systems, with optocouplers to prevent external disturbance pickup.
Female connector with protective earth contacts provided for EUT connection. Various country-specific connector systems available. Note: Standard design produces high leakage currents - ensure connection to low-impedance protective earth system. Use isolating transformer in uncertain cases.
