Tektronix P6015A High-Voltage Probe with 75 MHz bandwidth and 1000X attenuation is designed for heavy-duty, high-performance measurements of voltages over 2.5 kV. The 75 MHz bandwidth enables capture of fast, high-voltage signals.

This ground-referenced 100 MΩ, 3.0 pF high-voltage probe adds high-voltage measurement capability to oscilloscopes and other measurement devices with input resistance of 1 MΩ and input capacitance of 7 pF to 49 pF.
