The Tektronix P80318 Handheld Differential Impedance TDR Probe delivers 18GHz bandwidth with 100 ohm input impedance, providing effective solutions for characterizing board impedance and electrical signal characteristics.

This differential passive handheld probe enables highly accurate impedance measurements of differential transmission lines. The probe step setting allows examination of a wide range of impedances and differential line spacings. While the P80318 can be used as a stand-alone probe, it is primarily designed to work with the 80A02 ESD protection module.

The P80318 18 GHz variable pitch handheld differential TDR probe delivers high performance and ensures fast, accurate backplane and block measurement. The difference between the P80318 and P80318X probes is that the latter has an additional housing, which is convenient if the base housing needs repair.
